Challenge groups are online support groups filled with motivation, inspiration, love, knowledge, and all the support you need to reach goals you've only dreamed about.  The purpose of all challenge groups is to push you to become a better version of yourself.

"It's been really good for me to be more accountable for my eating and exercise. I think I've learned that out doesn't take that much more effort to eat cleaner and I'm so much more aware of what I'm eating! Exercise is more difficult for me and I still need to work towards making it a habit. I really want to exercise at least 4 times a week and will continue to work to make it happen. "The Beachbody challenge has been really good for me. Mainly because I had to answer to and be accountable to someone. Now that I have been doing all of these "good" things for awhile, I feel like they have become more of a habit and will be easier to keep doing. I have lost some weight, but more importantly, I feel like I am stronger then I have given myself credit for. I can accomplish the goal I set my mind to. Clean Eating Groups:



"So I'm really happy with how I did this week. :) I worked really hard to make sure I was hitting the goals that I had set and to get the daily challenge as well. I had to modify a few goals like just being happy with whatever workout I could fit in each day instead of following the 21 day fix schedule, also instead of reading my scriptures I ended up listening to them as I was driving.  This week I was really strict with what I ate (except my free meal) and it's always amazing how much better I feel when I eat well and exercise. I need to remember that when I'm tempted to eat junk or be lazy!!  I really liked the YouFood app!! I made it easy to see what I had ate and track water intake for the day.  I really liked how I felt and how things went this week, even though it ended up being a super busy week, because of the goals that were in place and the challenge group I pushed myself to achieve those everyday, otherwise I know I would not have. "This group has helped me realize that I eat WAY too many carbs and need to start eating more fruits and veggies. Since in pregnant, I should be doing that anyways. Also, I could use some more time for myself. Even though my husband is so wonderful and encouraging, it is nice to just have a lone time to decompress and help me be the best mommy I can be mentally. And I need to get more active so I can be the best mommy physically too. This group had also helped me stay more accountable with my eating, especially spacing meals out and not skipping. "Thank you so much Deise Clements for starting this group and giving great tips and support for the entire two weeks. It was much easier to make changes for me because I felt accountable and we were all on the same journey. I have started reading labels and meal prepping and slowly making changes for the whole family esp the kids. All those links to YouTube videos/articles were very helpful. I wouldn't change anything. For me, this was perfect.  Also, now I have taken off FB from my phone and barely go on my laptop (another healthy change I am trying to incorporate - being away from technology) and I feel I have so much time to now prep and plan meals too along with pursuing my personal hobbies.
