Hi there! My name is Deise (pronounced "Daisy"). I'm a wife and a mother to one sweet little boy, plus a baby on the way! I love eating healthy and I am a fitness addict in the making! ;) Though, that wasn't always the case. I know how hard it can be to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
